About how to answer call with earphones and other operations?
You need double click on the earphone side with charge contact pins to answer call after pairing with phone. All the operations(volume+/-, play forward/back, and so on) are on this side of earphone.
Before pairing with phone, double-tap on the earphone before connection to change language to english.
After pairing with phone, single-tap on the right earphone to increase volume. Single-tap on the left earphone to reduce volume. The sound can be loud after you adjusting volume.
If you feel the volume is too small, please do as follows:
1. Please check if you wear the headset in the right way. Please put the side of headset (with speaker) close to your earhole. As picture shows:
2.please adjust the volume, single-tap on the right earphone to increase volume.
